Duties:The Human Resources Coordinator/ Recruiter is responsible for the following:

-Management of the full cycle recruitment process: managing recruitment sites, job fairs, screening potential candidates, interviewing, and completing the pre-employment process
-Coordination of on-boarding new employees including e-verify process, necessary new hire paperwork, and compliance with governmental requirements and requests
-Coordinates with the HR Manager and Clinical Management teams to assess recruitment needs
-Participates as a member of the strategic recruitment team
-Screens & Interviews applicants
-Conducts employment verifications
-Conducts orientation program for new employees
-Completes weekly report on employment activity
-Acts as a liaison with valley schools
-Extends verbal and written contingent job offers
-Performs administrative duties as required
Qualifications:-Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree preferred
-Prior experience in HR required
-Demonstrated proficiency with Windows environment: Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
-The successful candidate will also be able to function in a fast paced environment, have excellent interpersonal skills and have a high regard for confidentiality and sensitive information
-Demonstrated proficiency with various applicant tracking and HRIS
