Nightingale is recruiting for a Care Coordinator (Sales Rep/ Marketer). The Care Coordinator is directly responsible for the promotion, referral base, and sales of Nightingale Homecare services within the assigned territory. S/he meets or exceeds the short term and long term sales goals as outlined in the marketing plan. Primary responsibility for the position is to direct, implement, act on, track and supervise all marketing and business development activities for Nightingale Homecare in the assigned territory. The Care Coordinator conforms to agency policies, procedures and home health standards in accordance with applicable state license status and governmental laws and regulations and works closely with the other marketing staff. This position reports directly to the Administrator.
Duties:Essential Job Functions:

Identify and develop potential new clients. Maintain Nightingale's relationships with current clients.
Maintain regular in-person contact with both current and potential clients.
Assist Nightingale to develop and implement marketing strategies designed to expand Nightingale's business.
Serve as a liaison between referral sources and employees.
Act as a liaison between other providers as necessary and appropriate to improve Nightingale's image and goodwill in the community.
Create collaborative environments that enhance relationships and achieve lasting commitments. Work cooperatively and collaborate to maximize the contributions of all team members. Communicate information openly and honestly. Stay informed about current activities.
Create multiple seamless customer calls through constant communication with team partners to achieve greater sales than could be achieved alone.
Foster the sharing of ideas; lessons learned and experiences with others.
Researches demographics, feasibility, return on investment and financial obligation on any new marketing media for presentation to the CEO and Administrator.
Qualifications:Skills / Requirements
• High School Diploma required with preferable college courses in communications, public relations, or related field.
• Minimum of three years experience in business to business and service industry sales.
•Current experience marketing/selling Home Health Care in Scottsdale and Phoenix preferred
