| Duties: | The RN Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and coordination of clinical activities and oversight in the planning and implementation of Private Duty personal care services and nursing care to individuals and their families in the home environment. The RN Clinical Supervisor completes admissions and performs case management for Private Duty cases. The primary responsibility of the RN Clinical Supervisor is to ensure that client care meets Federal/State regulations and Agency standards for documentation and clinical accountability. The RN Clinical Supervisor acts as liaison between caregivers, clinical field staff, client, physician, family members, and other client-appointed individuals, and reports all information to those involved in the care of the client in a timely manner. The Clinical Supervisor works with, supervises and evaluates clinical and non-clinical field staff members in the private duty planned program of care. The RN Clinical Supervisor reports to the RN Clinical Manager and the Administrator. |
| Qualifications: | Ability to organize work procedures, assume responsibility and effectively supervise others.
Ability to learn, assimilate and apply principles of current health care practice.
Be knowledgeable of the statutory and administrative rules of State and Federal Home Care guidelines to ensure compliance within the Agency.
Min 3 year experience in acute care setting as a Registered nurse. Prefer minimum three years experience as a home care or private duty field nurse.
Prefer at least one (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse in Home care Agency performing admissions and/or case management.
Must possess a current Arizona license as a Registered Nurse, active and in good standing.
Travel Required.
